TYLER MAYER | CMC DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Tyler Mayer is the Director of Engineering at CMC and oversees product development, research, testing, and certification, with the key responsibility of bringing innovative new products to market that enable rescue professionals to do their jobs safer and more efficiently. Tyler has completed multiple Rope Rescue and Rope Access trainings, and is an avid proponent of hands-on product testing in both the lab and the field. Tyler holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Tyler is an outdoor enthusiast who can often be found hiking or biking in the mountains near CMC headquarters in California.
