CLUTCH PPE INSPECTION

The CLUTCH should have a periodic inspection performed by a competent person at least once every 12 months, after any exceptional event(s), or if there is any doubt to the condition of the product. For each inspection, CMC recommends the Periodic PPE Inspection Form be completed, signed and archived for the life of the product. In case of retirement, ensure to render the device useless before disposal to prevent further use.

These documents offer guidance for performing a detailed inspection of both the 11 mm CLUTCH and 13 mm CLUTCH, however, any mention of the CE mark or CE requirements is specific to the 11 mm CLUTCH.
