This pre-packaged kit contains the necessary components for replacing worn or expired rope in the CSR2 Pulley System™. It includes 200 ft of Static-Pro rope to match the standard system length. There is a a sewn term on one end for secure, high strength attachment to the CSR2 Pulley becket. A hex key and nylon cap screw are provided for easy removal and re-attachment of the becket. After the new rope is threaded through the pulley system, the included CMC shrink tube can be applied to seal the rope end. See below for a list of components and instructions. Please note, once the new rope is installed, the CSR2 Pulley System is no longer considered a CMC manufactured system.

Instructions:
- Open packaging and flake the CSR2 Replacement Rope to remove any twists
- Use the hex key to remove the pulley becket from the existing CSR2 System
- Unreeve the existing rope from the pulleys, cutting off the sewn term may make this easier
- Lay each pulley down on a table with the back facing up (regulatory markings showing)
- To make reeving easier, fix each pulley in place or have a friend hold them
- Feed the unsewn end of the replacement rope through the Double Pulley top sheave
- Then pass it through the CSR2 Pulley top sheave, Double Pulley bottom sheave, and CSR2 Pulley bottom sheave
- Perform a pull test to confirm the CSR2 Pulley locks up to prevent rope from back feeding
- Double check all lines are correctly reeved with no cross overs, overlaps, or twists
- With the pulleys fixed in place, start pulling rope through the system, remove any twists
- After pulling the rope through, place the sewn term on the CSR2 Pulley becket post
- Install the becket over the sewn term using the included nylon cap screw and hex key
- Install the CMC shrink tube on the unsewn end of the CSR2 Replacement Rope
- Place the shrink tube on the rope end with a 1/8 inch overhang and evenly apply heat
- Tie a stopper knot in the rope end to prevent it from being pulled through the system
- Inspect and test the fully assembled system and store it inside a bag for protection
