How do I update to the latest version of the CMC Field Guide app?
Depending on your device settings, the app may update automatically. If your app did not automatically update, please visit the CMC Field Guide App page at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and select “update”.
How do I access videos, field guides, and user manuals when I don’t have access to the internet?
The latest version of the app has a new download feature! Click the “Download” button next to the field guide, user manual, or video and it will be downloaded to your device storage allowing offline use.
I downloaded videos, field guides, and user manuals and they are taking up too much space on my device, how do I remove them without losing my notes?
In the app, you can remove downloaded videos, guides, and user manuals from your device storage by selecting the green “Downloaded” button next to the content you want to remove. Then, select “delete download”. Your notes will stay intact!
What will happen to the notes I made in the previous version of the app?
All your notes will be brought over to the new version of the app! On the off-chance you do not see your previous notes, please fill out the form below and we will assist you with recovering your notes.
